It is nestled on the white sandy beaches-- right on the Gulf of Mexico! Hear the ocean crashing right outside of your gulf front living room. Wine & dine in front of the picture window overlooking the beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Sit on your ground floor gulf front patio and enjoy the magnificent sunsets! Relax in a lounge chair nestled back on your own private beach and bask in the sun or watch the beach combers, swimmers and dolphins play! As you step out the door there is a beachfront patio with table and chairs, then a private beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas. We also offer a gulf front gazebo with tables and chairs and a shuffle board court. This one bedroom/one bath cottage offers AC and heat. It has an attached carport right outside your door. It has a living room/dining room combination which, along with it's gulf-front patio overlook the sandy beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The view through the picture window from the gulf-front living room is breathtaking! The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the living room has a queen-sized pull-out couch. Both rooms have a FLAT SCREEN cable television (living room has DVD player) There is also FREE WI FI broadband internet connection provided! The kitchen has been completely renovated with granite countertops, white shaker cabinets and stainless steel appliances! The completely renovated bathroom has a gorgeous walk in shower with dual rain shower head and we've added a brand new stackable washer/ dryer! The kitchen has a breakfast bar with two bar stools and is fully-equipped with all the comforts of home, including, but not limited to: a fully equipped refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, dining and cookware. Fresh linens and towels are also provided.  We provide everything you need to enjoy the beach life! We have a shed full of beach chairs, a umbrella, a cooler, sand toys, noodles, skim/boogie board, and a gas grill! Just pack your bathing suit and get ready to an !!!   It is a quaint little beach town with 'old-world charm.' There are many things to do in Indian Shores and this cottage is centrally located to everything imaginable!   There are world-famous restaurants, shops, miniature golf, fishing, tennis, bike rentals, and a surf shops--ALL within a short walking distance. There is a beach trolley running right up and down Gulf Blvd. There are activities for kids, shopping, golf, boating, canoeing, surfing, biking, casino, deep sea fishing, night club/disco, you name it--it's all right here! And we're only about an hour and a half's drive to Orlando--home of Disney World and Sea World.     AND Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Lowery Park Zoo, and several museums are less than an hour away!   Getting around: Having a car is convenient but not a necessity. Rental cars are pretty inexpensive in Florida so you may want to check it out--it would certainly make things like grocery shopping easier. But there are several restaurants within walking distance--pizza place right across the street, as well as Symposium craft beer and fine wine package store--there's a park and mini golf, ice cream and coffee shops, gift shops, boat and bike rentals--all within walking distance! And if you don't feel like walking there is also a trolley stop right in front of the complex--that trolley will take you anywhere along the beach--for miles either way! We have Uber, Lyft and taxis readily available. And most of the restaurants deliver. It would be pretty easy to go without a car. There is also a shuttle service from the airport that'll take you right to the unit and back at the end of your trip.
