Overview
Nestled on the mountain side of San Juan River Village, this lovely mountain home has a quiet setting and panoramic mountain views. It is conveniently located close to town, Wolf Creek Ski Area, fishing, and the national forest.
The space
This two-story cabin which has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Our home has 2 queen bedrooms and a third with 3 twins and a toddler bed, two full baths, two satellite TVs, a private deck with beautiful views and everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy your stay. The home is decorated in an attractive Western motif with lot's of wood, denim, red and "Old West" accents. There is a full kitchen with a small dishwasher and everything you need for home cooked meals. A laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen. There is a large back yard where the deer visit often, a propane BBQ and detached 2 car garage which has the studio above it.
Guest access
The home has wireless internet. In the winter, you can cross country ski out your front door and downhill ski, snowmobile, take a sleigh ride or sled nearby. In the summer you will enjoy fishing with private access to the San Juan River and two trout ponds in the San Juan River Village. You can take a hike in the 3 million acres of the surrounding San Juan National Forest (we have access) or bike, horseback ride, river raft, visit gold mines, famous western towns, or explore Anazasi Indian ruins. The famous Pagosa Hot Springs is a treat any time of year.

Our home is stocked with local restaurant and activity info. and we are available throughout your stay for any questions, suggestions for activities etc.
