Only small non shedding dogs are allowed on the property. There will be a extra $80 fee for cleaning for the pet and a extra $300 refundale deposit for damages for the pet. Please contact me first if you intend on bringing a pet

As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy cottage. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free as we have a Strict Cancellation policy. Thank you in advance and we truly appreciate your cooperation! *This is a FAMILY ORIENTATED cottage. There is to be absolutely NO parties and NO outside noise after 11pm. We need to respect the neighbors. Failure to do so could and most likely will result in the neighbors calling the police and you being evicted off the property with no refund* *BBQ* - BBQ propane gas is NOT provided. There are propane tanks on the property that may or may not have propane (previous guests may have some leftover). There is a store 7 minutes away from the property that you can refill the tanks. BBQ MUST be cleaned after use. Non-cleaned BBQ will result in a $50 charge to your deposit. *NOISE* - Noise issues is a VERY important issues. Any loud noise outside after 11pm that will disrupt the neighbors WILL result in you being evicted off the property. *THE LAKE* - The lake is nice and clear enough for you and your family to swim in. You acknowledge that you and your family will be swimming at your own risk. *LANDSCAPE* - The landscape is always changing. This is due to the property being on a lake front and dealing with rain, water, snow, ice, and wind. So keep this in mind if you see that there is something different with the property and the pictures. *GARBAGE* - Guests MUST take ALL garbage with them. The town cannot handle all the garbage the guests leaves. Leaving garbage will result in a $30 PER BAG charge. *WATER* - The water is from the well and treated with a water treatment system. I still recommend bringing bottled water to drink and cook. *PETS* - Pets are allowed at an additional $50 per pet. This fee goes directly to the maid to clean the pet fur for the next guests. *DRUGS* - If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. *OUTDOOR FIREPIT* - Available for guests to use. In the months of April and possible other months (Fire station?s discretion), there is a town wide FIRE BAN. There is absolutely NO campfires to be done during these times. A VERY HEFTY charge will be imposed on you by the fire station if caught. Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also my home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things).
