The Oaks is made up of three rooms, each with a private bathroom. Two feature soaking tubs, while the other features, a custom tiled, step-in shower. These luxury suites, will draw you in and welcome you as if you were in your own home. Each room has plush robes for after showers or a relaxing bath. The Sycamore Suite
Escape from the everyday grind to the Sycamore Suite, our largest room featuring a private deck and fireplace. Relax in the morning with a great cup of coffee or watch the sun set in the evening with your favorite drink. This retreat is sure to delight many visitors, who will not want to return home after staying here. A king size bed makes this room complete to help transport visitors to a restful nights sleep. A wonderful way to unwind after a long day, the Sycamore Suite also features a two-person soaking tub. The bathroom is complete with custom tile work, in a king-sizesunset shower.

The Dogwood Room
Let the day wash off you when you enter the Dogwood room, with its relaxing hues of blue and a wonderful private bath. This bathroom has a jetted tub made for two and double vanities for ease of getting ready in the morning before hitting the downtown streets of Sulphur Springs. Custom tile work in the shower and around the jetted tub sends you on a journey down a "waterfall." Lay your head to rest on a queen sleigh bed and drift off to dream land in peace and quiet.
The beautiful views of the back yard and hand-built deck are sure to make you want to come back for another visit almost as soon as you leave.
