Overview
The Casa Coquina Del Mar Bed and Breakfast is a family-owned Bed and Breakfast located in Titusville, FL. Since purchasing the Casa in March of 2012, we, Dennis and Ginny Fitzpatrick, have welcomed our guests as members of our family. We have been Bed and Breakfast Innkeepers for years, starting with our first B & B, the Heritage House Inn, Johnstown, PA. We fell in love with the Casa Coquina's beautiful river views as well as it's 1927 history and charm. It is an inn with a unique character, and we hope you enjoy your time here as much as we enjoy ours! We look forward to greeting you soon.

All of our accommodations are unique! Each suite, ranging in size from approximately 360 sq. ft to 1100 sq. ft., features a minimum of a bedroom, sitting room, and private bath.
At the Casa, we are so very fortunate to have an incredible view of the launch pads at Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral. We have shared many rocket launch viewing experiences with our guests from our 2nd floor deck. When the falcon 9"s fly their first stage back and land at the Cape, We see that too! We would love to watch a launch with you!
CRUISING?
We have special transportation packages for cruisers who drive in and want to leave their car parked while cruising or for those who need round trip airport transportation. Just call us and ask!
